1: In a large bowl mix the pea protein, almond flour, monk fruit and cinnamon. 2: Add half of the pecans, shredded coconut and hemp seeds. Mix again. 3: Add the almond milk and mix until you get a dough consistency. 4: Pour the mix into two silicone loaf pans and freeze for one hour. 5: After an hour, melt the chocolate and pour evenly over the dough mix. 6: Spread the rest of the shredded coconut, pecans and hemp seeds. 7: Sprinkle the Ocean Spray Seeds. 8: Freeze again for a couple of hours (2 hours or overnight) and cut into pieces.
