This Extra Moist Upside Down Peach Cake gets its extra fluff and moist magic from Best Foods Real Mayonnaise. It combines the delightful flavors of peaches and raspberries for a perfect summer dessert. Easy to prepare and incredibly delicious, it serves 8 and is great for any occasion!

1: Wash and slice the peaches in wedges and air fry them for 12 minutes at 350F. 2: Slightly cover the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan with nonstick spray. Preheat your oven to 350F. 3: Mix the dry ingredients for the cake. 4: Add in the eggs, Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, coconut milk, vanilla extract and eggs into the dry mix and stir until fully incorporated. 5: Take half of one peach and chop it, add it into the cake batter. 6: Place the rest of the peaches on the bottom of the cake pan, add the raspberries. 7: Top with cake batter and bake for 35-40 minutes. 8: Let it cool down completely, remove extra cake topping, flip carefully onto a plate, top with crumbled extra cake that you removed. 9: Slice and enjoy!
