A crispy fish sandwich but healthier, improved and with a kick of #chipotle! Used some #glutenfree bread along with some #wildcaught sockeye salmon… Don’t forget the cheese!🤤

1. Add the seasoning to the salmon and top with #porkpanko and press well. 2. Air fry for 15-17 minutes at 355F. 3. Slice the bun in half. 4. Spread one tablespoon of the chipotle mayo, top with cooked salmon, spinach and tomato. 5. Enjoy!
