Remove the top from the jalapeños and carefully remove the seeds from the center without slicing the sides. Microwave the jalapeños por 2:00 minutes. Cut four slices of cheese. Stuff the jalapeños with the cheese. Place the jalapeño popper in the center of the rice paper and roll them like a burrito. Air fry for 10-12 minutes and serve with toppings.
