A delicious easy to make high protein and low carb cheesy "pasta" casserole, with a touch of dairy-free mozzarella and salami. Easy to make, air fried and just a crowd pleaser, you really need to make this recipe, great for meal prep as well!

Preheat the oven at 350F. Place the palm heart noodles and vegetables in a baking dish and top with seasonings, salami and vegetable broth. Bake for 25 minutes. Slice the mozzarella cheese into sliced and cover them in panko and seasonings. Air fry for 12 minutes at 380F. Serve over the baked noodles and enjoy!
