1: Preheat the oven at 350F. 2: Cook the bacon as desired, I air fried it for 12 minutes at 320F. 3: Mix the dry ingredients for the cookies. 4: Chop the bacon. 5: Add the rest ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. 6: Mix in part of the chocolate chips and pecans (leave some for topping). 7: Create 6 large cookies and top with leftover chocolate chips and pecans. 8: Bake for 11 minutes (for chewy inside!). 9: Let them cool down and enjoy!
