1: Heat the oil in a pot on medium high heat. Let all of the solid coconut oil butter to melt. 2: Put 3 popcorn kernels into the oil and wait for the popcorn kernels to pop. 3: When the kernels pop, add the rest of the 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels in an even layer and cover the pot with the lid. 4: Slightly shake your pot still with the lid on to avoid your popcorn to burn. 5: Remove the pot from the heat and serve in a bowl. 6: Add seasonings and shake well, enjoy! 7: For Coconut Churro & Salted Honey sauces, melt the coconut oil in a pot, add the rest of the ingredients until they melt, stir in completely until you create a caramel sauce, and pour over popcorn.
