Mix the greek yogurt with 1 cup almond milk, alullose, cinnamon and vanilla extract. In a glass pour leftover almond milk with butterscotch drops. Soak completely each lady finger and place them in a small square container that fits the cookies. Add a layer of cookies, top it with a layer with the greek yogurt. Repeat the last step with leftover ingredients and refrigerate for a couple of minutes or overnight. Top with a layer of granulated monk fruit.
