Mix the egg whites, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maple syrup and almond milk. Cut the naan bread in half and soak it on the egg mix. Place them in a small baking dish. Pour over the leftover egg mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Mix the powdered monk fruit with almond milk and top the bread pudding with it. Top with cinnamon clusters and enjoy!
