This is my iconic easy Cookie Monster Popsicles recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during this amazing summer season, my favorite... this is not your average popsicle recipe.. this is healthy, gluten-free and super easy to make!

Blend the almond milk with, coconut yogurt, blue spirulina cashew butter, vanilla extract and alullose. Place in the bottom of 8 popsicle molds the protein bars. Top with almond milk mix, add the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
