Mix the greek yogurt with Irish cream, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Brew 2 chai tea bags in 1 cup of hot water. Soak completely each lady finger and place them in a small square container that fits the cookies. Add a layer of cookies, top it with a layer with the greek yogurt. Repeat the last step with leftover ingredients and refrigerate for a couple of minutes or overnight. Top with a layer of granulated monk fruit and roast with a kitchen torch.
