This is my iconic easy Gingerbread Latte Banana Bread recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular banana bread recipe .. this is healthy, high-protein and super easy to make!

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes. Add the egg, vanilla extract, bananas and greek yogurt, mix well. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the banana bread with it. Bake for 35-40 minutes, let them cool down, slice and enjoy!
