Mix the egg whites, Thai milk extract, cinnamon, alullose and almond milk. Slice the naan bread in half and soak it on the egg mix. Place them in a small baking dish. Pour over the leftover egg mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with marshmallows, melt and add the maple syrup.
