1.Preheat the oven at 350F. 2.Using a hand mixer make the pudding with the pudding mix and unsweetened almond milk… beat for 3-5 minutes. 3.Add the egg whites, toasted bread and stir well until all the bread has been covered with the mix. 4.Transfer to a silicone 8x8 baking dish and top with pear. 5.Bake for 30-35 minutes, let it cool down, and serve!
