This is my iconic easy Miso Cherry Banana Bread recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season. This is not your regular banana bread recipe, this is healthier and lower in sugar than the average dessert bread recipe.

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, miso paste, greek yogurt, almond milk, bananas and mix well with the dry ingredients. Add in the chopped cherries. Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes and let them cool down. Mix the ingredients for the glaze. Let it cool down, top with glaze, slice and enjoy!
