This is my iconic easy Strawberry Carrot Easter Egg Bread recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular post-workout recipe.. this is healthy, chewy high protein and low fat.

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix the pancake mix with alullose and baking powder. Heat the bananas for 2 minutes in the microwave. Add the vanilla extract, bananas, carrots, water, caramel syrup and part of the easter eggs (chopped). Pour the mix into a silicone loaf baking dish. Top with leftover mini eggs and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool down, slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!
