This swiss roll is easier than in looks, tastier than it looks and hard to believe healthier! These rolls are moist, flavorful, made with healthier ingredients (low sugar and gluten-free) and not to mention they are so delicious and easy to make.

Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix the dry ingredients for the pancake mix. Add the wet ingredients and mix again. Spread the batter in a rectangular baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Beat the whipping cream with mango, vanilla extract and alullose. Spread the whipping cream mix over the baked and cooled cake and spread the strawberries. Roll carefully and slice… enjoy!
