Preheat the oven at 350F. Season the chicken with salt, parsley, black pepper and garlic. Cook on a iron skillet cook 8 minutes per side at medium on medium-low heat, every side should look golden. Add the vodka sauce and let ir simmer for 8 minutes. Remove from the heat, top with with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Bake for 10 minutes, until cheese has melted. Let it cool, and serve!
