These is my iconic easy Lemon Blueberry Ice Cream Cheesecake recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular cheesecake recipe.. this is healthy, lower in sugar and super easy to make!

Preheat the oven at 350F. Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake. Pour the cheesecake batter over a small baking dish and bake for 35 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the glaze. Let the cheesecake cool down. Top with glaze, and blueberries. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes for better texture and enjoy!
