A delicious easy to make high protein and low carb cheesy breakfast casserole, with a touch of pesto and bacon. Easy to make, air fried and just a crowd pleaser, you really need to make this recipe, great for meal prep as well!

Mix all the ingredients for the casserole in a bowl until fully incorporated. Transfer to a 6x6 greased baking dish. Add the toppings. Air fry for 23 minutes at 350F. Or bake for 30 minutes at 355F. Slice into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
