Heat a skillet with a touch of butter. Place the cheese wrap in medium heat and let it toast for 1 minute. Pour over the egg whites and add the poblano pepper on a side with the chicken and pico de Gallo (leave some for topping). Cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes in low heat. Carefully fold the omelette and serve with pico de Gallo and cilantro.
