Preheat the oven at 350F. Season the salmon with salt, lime, black pepper, garlic and dried parsley. Bake for 16-18 minutes. Cook the bacon in a skillet, the term you prefer, I like it crispy. Spread mayonnaise over the pieces of bread, top with salmon, bacon, cheese and other piece of bread. Grill the sandwich in a skillet, slightly greased for 4 minutes each side approximately. Cut in half and enjoy!
