This protein ice cream creme brûlée is the easiest thing to make, tastier than it looks and hard to believe healthier!

In a bowl beat the ice cream with yolk, alullose or sugar replacement, vanilla extract and whipping cream. Pour into a small ramekin bowl and freeze for a couple of minutes. Top with granulated brown monk fruit and roast with a kitchen torch. Top with strawberries and dark chocolate chips.
