Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, bananas and greek yogurt and almond milk, mix well with the dry ingredients. Add in the macadamia nuts, white chocolate and pineapple. Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish. Add your toppings. Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool down. Let it cool down, slice and enjoy!
