A healthier alternative to classic pop tarts made with low-carb artisan bread, unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, and fresh apples. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

1: Mix the egg whites, almond milk, and vanilla in a bowl. 2: Remove the edges from both slices of bread and press it carefully to expand. 3: Add the finely chopped apple on top of one slice of the bread and cover with the other slice. Press the edges with a fork. 4: Soak the bread sandwich in the egg mixture and cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 355°F. 5: Enjoy!
