1: Preheat the oven at 350F. 2: Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies, saving half of the pistachios for topping. 3: Add the wet ingredients along with the ghee and mix until fully incorporated. 4: Scoop the cookie dough and place about 1/2 tbsp of cream cheese into each cookie and cover it for filling. 5: Place the cookies in a baking tray and top with leftover pistachios. 6: Refrigerate for 15 minutes for better cookies. 7: Bake for 10-11 minutes. 8: Enjoy!
